Afro Flow is designed to support emotional, cognitive, physical, and social wellbeing through the integration of dance movement therapy, somatic practice and Afro-style movement
To enhance wellbeing through rhythm, flow, and expression
A body-based approach to stress or emotional regulation
Improve fitness and cognition
Reconnect with movement after illness, injury, or burnout
A restorative-paced class that balances structure with freedom
